      FRANCO-GERMAN DAY

      Here’s a look back at the wonderful Franco-German Day, around which a week of activities was organized in German classes. As we have done every year for 20 years, we celebrated our friendship with the german Sankt Petri School in Copenhagen, in the presence of Mr. Hector, German Ambassador, and Mr. Parisot, French Ambassador to Denmark. In our new auditorium, the students in 8th grade and in 1ère from both schools presented playlets and poems written with their German classmates. The Goethe-Institut also awarded German certification diplomas to our prizewinning students, while the exchange students from 8th grade at Sankt Petri School were rewarded with a certificate of achievement. Many thanks to everyone for this celebration, for the exhibition of the Germanists’ many works, and for a week rich in German culture! Vielen Dank!
