CELLS AND TISSUES IN TERMINALE
Lately, the Terminale biology students have been studying the characteristics of plants on several scales (cells, tissues, organisms).
After observing leaf cells under the microscope, dissecting flowers and extracting chlorophyll pigments by chromatography over the past few weeks, they have been carrying out practical work aiming at highlighting the organic matter contained in fruit and plant reserves.
These practical work sessions are an integral part of their scientific training, and prepare them for the Evaluation of Experimental Skills (ECE), a ”Bac” test they will take at the end of the school year.
