GALETTE AND GRIDS

In January, the youngest students, like most maternelle classes, were introduced to the notion of grids through the traditional tale of “Roule galette”, an opportunity to make and eat delicious galettes, to make pretty  crowns for the occasion, and also to create various objects and modeling clay, chalk and ink to make beautiful blond galettes.
