LOLLIPOPS WITH A TASTE OF VANILLA
Congratulations to our students in 6th grade who used scientific methods to solve the following challenge: “Making crystallized lollipops with vanilla flavor.” After the initial experimentation phase, our budding scientists identified the optimal parameters, conducted the experiment, and finally presented their approach in a video. They won 2nd prize from the jury, earning a subscription to a scientific journal, which will be available in the library. Feel free to try this experiment at home, but watch out for the sugar rush!
