      PROJECT: COSMIC RAYS

      Students in 1ère and terminale, who are taking part in the “Cosmic Rays” project, are delighted to announce the receipt of the portable atmospheric muon detector (COSMIX case), which LFPH has borrowed from the IN2P3/CNRS laboratory at the University of Bordeaux. The mini-research project will allow the group to study the influence of latitude and geolocation on the flux of particles measured at the Earth’s surface. We can’t wait to hear about all their cosmic experiments and discoveries!
