      RELAXATION WORKSHOPS

      Feeling Good in Your Body for Better Learning
      This year, first- and second-grade students participated in relaxation workshops led by Virginie Abadie Diez. Through breathing exercises, body awareness, and mindfulness activities, the children discovered simple tools to better manage their emotions and develop their ability to focus.
      These moments of calm promote students’ well-being while strengthening essential learning skills, such as concentration, listening, and self-confidence.
      Highly appreciated by the children, these sessions offered them a true respite of serenity in the middle of the school day. They emerged relaxed, smiling, and fully ready to continue their learning.
      Learning to listen to your body is a skill that can be learned, too!
