      TASTE WEEK - LIBELULLES

      Here are pictures of Taste Week in the Libellules maternelle class.

      Among our activities: A quiz on the 4 basic flavors and the mystery flavor: sweet, salty, sour, bitter and… umami. Taste and touch with the mystery box: blindly recognize a vegetable or fruit by touch alone, followed by a tasting session. A pizzaiolo motor skills course! Make your own pizza by bringing your favorite ingredients back to your plate, taking care not to drop them. Mochi workshop: a little trip around the world of flavors with the design of sweet, salty and sour Japanese bites. Well done, kids!
