STUDIES: RAVAGE
Whoever said science and literature weren’t compatible?
During Science Week at Prins Henrik School, students in 8th grade read the dystopian science-fiction novel Ravage written by the brilliant René Barjavel, exploring the close relationship between scientific progress and humanity. In our writing workshops, we envisioned the chaos of Paris following a global blackout, and we questioned the boundary between technological enslavement and genuine progress in the service of Man.
