      VISIT TO MARIA DUBIN'S STUDIO

      Several classes in primaire have visited Maria Dubin’s studio recently as part of the teaching in culture and art.

      Maria Dubin is a painter who showed us her works in her studio in Frederiksberg. She told us about the inspiration she draws from nature and her many travels, and then explained the techniques she uses: painting, Indian ink and collage.

      The children then sought inspiration themselves in the ‘secret garden’ before trying their hand at Chinese ink painting.

      These budding artists will exhibit their work alongside that of many other classes who have also had the chance to meet Maria this year.
