      VISIT TO THE UNITED NATIONS

      We had the pleasure of visiting the United Nations – UN City, where we were welcomed and guided through various rooms. The outing went well, and we were delighted to be able to show the students of Seconde the Copenhagen site and its challenges. We were given an explanation of how the organization works, and carried out two practical workshops on the 17 sustainable development goals. In German and Spanish lessons, as well as in EMC, we have often worked around these objectives, which underpin the concepts to be addressed in our programs, and we will continue to do so for the rest of the lycée. So this visit has laid the foundations for the longer term.
