      RICE PUDDING AND DECEMBER IN DANISH

      Rice pudding is a traditional part of December for Danes. At Prins Henrik School, we place great importance on our students learning about Danish traditions. That’s why we had rice pudding with the young students in GS Maternelle. We talked about the ingredients and mixed cinnamon with sugar, and then we tasted the warm pudding with a knob of butter and cinnamon.
