      HUGO IN BRUSSELS

      Hello everyone, I am Hugo, a 16-year-old student in 1ère. Last week, I was in Brussels for MUN Europe Brussels, a highly regarded MUN experience where I won the Distinguished Delegate award from the Francophone Ecosoc committee. The award was presented at the European Parliament in Brussels. This was my second MUN experience after the trip to Istanbul with Mr. Therme and Mr. Lebonniec, teachers at LFPH, where I was also named Best Delegate of the AG2 committee in Istanbul. These MUN conferences simulate the United Nations, where we play the role of diplomats and debate to write resolutions on current global issues. These MUN experiences have deepened my motivation to pursue higher education and have given me excellent debating skills. This experience also helps to create connections with pupils and students from all over the world and demonstrates the influence of AEFE schools around the globe.
