STARRED CHEFS AT TASTE WEEK
As part of Taste Week, we have chosen the theme “Art on a Plate”. It was an opportunity to welcome starred chefs from the French Lot region to lead our various workshops: setting a table, the art of plating and the art of cutting. Young and older students were delighted to taste products from Lot, but also the experience of a starred chef. We would like to thank our starred chefs Etienne LEMAITRE, Stéphane ANDRIEUX, Dominique CAMPERGUE, David BLANCO and Jérôme MOULINOU and the French Embassy and Consulate for offering us this opportunity.
