
HERVÉ THIS CAME TO VISIT
On Tuesday, April 8, we had the great pleasure of welcoming Hervé This to our auditorium for a conference for the general public on molecular gastronomy. Hervé This, renowned physical chemist and pioneer of molecular gastronomy, was in Copenhagen to receive the prestigious Sonning 2025 Prize awarded by the University of Copenhagen, and offered our school a unique and inspiring science lecture. LFPH students, teachers and members of the French community enthusiastically attended the talk. Many thanks to Michael Mocka and the French Embassy for their valuable collaboration, which makes it possible to organize such enriching events.
Above all, a huge thank you to Hervé This for his generosity, his infectious passion and his openness to share his knowledge with everyone, young and old!
